Operation method of oil-water separator
1. Connect the inlet and outlet water pipes and oil discharge pipes, close the sewage valve and the outlet ball valve, connect the inlet pipe to the sewage tank, and open the inlet valve.
2. Start the pump source switch, open the exhaust (oil) valve on the pre-filter and coalescence filter in turn, when the exhaust (oil) valve has water overflow, indicating that the cavity has been filled with water, close the exhaust valve at this time, and open the water ball valve when each cavity is filled with water. It can also be manually exhausted through the solenoid valve, and the exhaust process generally only needs to be carried out at the beginning of the equipment work, and there is no need to exhaust after the normal operation of the equipment. According to the quality of the effluent, the size of the inlet flow can be appropriately adjusted through the outlet valve, and the poor effluent quality can reduce the flow, and vice versa can increase the flow.
3. The system enters the normal working state, at this time the clean water is discharged from the water outlet, the oil collection chamber begins to collect oil, and the oil-water interface begins to decline. When the oil is immersed in the electrode rod of the sensor, the sensor outputs a signal, the solenoid valve is in the open state, the oil discharge solenoid valve begins to drain oil, at this time the corresponding solenoid valve indicator light is on, when the delay time set by the oil discharge control box arrives, the oil discharge solenoid valve is closed. The oil drain indicator turns off and the oil drain ends. After draining the oil, the oil-water interface begins to rise, and when the electrode rod is in water, the sensor stops exporting the signal, and the oil level can be observed from the observation window.
4. Before each shutdown, clean water should be filled with each cavity of the water-oil separator and the inlet and outlet ball valves should be closed. If the shutdown is not used for a long time, it should be run with clean water for 20 minutes before the shutdown until all the stored oil is discharged from the inner cavity of the water-oil separator.
