Fuel dispenser hoses, like ordinary industrial hoses, have an inner rubber, an outer rubber and an intermediate layer.
The inner lining consists of smooth fuel-resistant rubber or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
The reinforcement layer consists of suitable reinforcement materials
The outer cladding consists of corrugation-free, fuel-resistant and weather-resistant rubber or TPE
Common fuel dispenser hoses are mostly made of SBR (oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber), NBR (acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer/nitrile) or their composite materials.

Summarizing the working conditions of use, it can be roughly divided into nine categories.
Water delivery hoses. Used in irrigation, horticulture, construction, fire fighting, equipment and tanker cleaning, agricultural fertilizer, manure, industrial sewage drainage, etc. Mostly PVC and EPDM are the inner rubber materials.
Hot water and steam hoses. It is used in cooling water for refrigeration equipment, hot and cold water for engine engines, food processing, especially hot water and saturated steam in dairy plants. Mostly EPDM materials are used for inner rubber materials.
Beverage & Food Hose. Used for non-lipids such as milk, carbonic acid, orange juice, beer, animal and vegetable oil, drinking water, etc. Inner rubber materials are mostly NR or synthetic rubber. It usually requires standard qualification certification such as food grade FDA, DVGW grade A, KTW or CE.
Air hose. Used in compressors, pneumatics, mining, construction, etc. Mostly NBR, PVC composite, PU, SBR. There are usually strict requirements for the applicable pressure.
Welding hoses. Used in gas welding, cutting and other aspects. The inner rubber material is mostly NBR or synthetic rubber, and the outer rubber is usually made of red, blue, yellow, etc. to indicate special gas.
Ventilation hose. Used for hot gas, dust mist, smoke, chemical gas emissions, etc. The inner rubber is mostly thermoplastic materials and PVC. Usually the tube body has a retractable design.
Material suction hose. It is used for liquid conveying containing solid particles such as gas, mist, powder, granules, fibers, gravel, cement, fertilizer, coal dust, quicksand, concrete, gypsum and so on. Inner rubber materials are mostly NR, NBR, SBR, PU. Generally, the outer rubber has high abrasion resistance.
Oil transfer hose. Used in fuel, diesel, kerosene, petroleum and other aspects. Mostly NBR, PVC composite and SBR. Usually there is a conductive steel wire between the inner and outer glue to prevent Mars.
Chemical hoses. Used in acidic, chemical solutions, etc. Mostly EPDM materials are used for inner rubber materials. Often such materials and designs are required.
