Fuel dispensers are born with the development of the automobile industry and transportation industry, and are an indispensable metering device for adding fuel to motor vehicles.

Air leakage is generally a characteristic of self-priming pumps, and leakage points are generally generated at the oil inlet of the oil pump, such as filter element sealing covers, bellows, triangle flanges, pipelines, bottom valves and the like. The main reason is caused by poor sealing, find some leakage points, and tighten the seal from scratch.

If the fuel dispenser leaks, you can see if it is a problem with the oil-water separator, that is, change the filter element to see.

Oil and gas separator failure:
　　(1) The fuel dispenser filter screen (including the conical filter) is seriously blocked. The filter should be cleaned to remove debris;
　　(2) The oil outlet valve of the oil and gas separator is stuck and cannot be opened, causing the oil dispenser to not produce oil. During maintenance, the oil outlet valve should be removed, and the debris should be removed and reinstalled, so that it can move up and down freely;
　　(3) The small float of the oil and gas separator enters or falls off, causing high pressure to not be formed in the high-pressure cavity, and it will also cause the oil dispenser not to produce oil;
　　(4) The upper cover pressure pad of the oil and gas separator is damaged, causing the high-pressure cavity to communicate with the atmospheric pressure cavity, resulting in the high-pressure cavity not forming a high pressure and the fuel dispenser does not produce oil.
　　(5) The filter pad or spring seat cushion of the oil and gas separator is damaged. Replace damaged gaskets;
　　(6) The cone valve of the oil and gas separator is not closed tightly.
